- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They do not care about the well being of your pet. They care abour sales. My dog needed dental work ,but because he has a heart murmur, they wouldn't do it. They never bothered to recommend the specialist in Bonita that specializes in this. This is the second animal they didn't treat correctly and has died . - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE! They purposely misinform you, over charge you, make you wait extremely long, do not take any responsibility for their mistakes (instead blame you), and worst of all they are completely unapologetic for their HORRIBLE customer service. Joan is by far the rudest of all of their employees. Her excuse for over charging me for something they did not supply was "The doctor did not know". So my dog was in the hands of a Dr. who does not know what they are doing? Comforting.June 06, 2017by Brittany Z
