  I love this store! The owners go above and beyond to get you want you need they are a friendly family owned store! We got a mandatory evacuation notice for hurricane Irma. They ordered in crates so locals had crates for their pets. You can't fly without a crate and you couldn't go to a shelter without one! PSP saved the day for many pets! I see where someone is complaining about not being able to return the crate however there was a signed posted saying without original packaging and original receipt they could not be returned. It was right at the register when I checked out! They went above and beyond in express ordering these for us paying big in shipping so I'm sure to take a crate back that they can not resell would be a total loss for them. I think we all need to be for grateful! I am very grateful I got my crate in time for the evacuation and PSP will be my family pet store for my 3 dogs!
