- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst customer service I have every experienced in my life at a doctor's office. Getting refills on any perscriptions is a nightmare. No communication with staff. No follow thru on anything. Three months in a row I had to fight to get my refills. One weekend I completely ran out and had nothing as they did not refill because I had not been the physician lately (which they failed to tell me the week before when I tried to fill a prescription). They dropped my as a patient because I complained. Even called the person in charge, never got a call back! Doctors are good, but office staff worst ever!!!! Try and call any office and you are on hold forever if you even get to speak to someone!November 01, 2017by cheryl fischer
