- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE!! I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Cindy Zughbi for my husband and was very specific regarding the reason. Arrived on time for our appointment and the Doctor refused to see us. We were denied medical care even though we have insurance. The lame excuse was they didn't have enough time blocked because they didn't know why he was coming in. I will be filing a complaint with the state. Seems this office just wants to roll them in and roll them out and if a patient requires more time and attention that will eat into their bottom line $$$ they can't be bothered.October 17, 2017by Linda
