- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When through a claim process back in January... another driver hit me and messed up drivers rear side. Things went well in the beginning, adjuster even put me in contact with a guaranteed auto body repair shop. Since the claim was fault of other driver, I was told I would get my deductible back once everything was settled. Here it is in late May, and after leaving 3 messages, 2 'dropped' phone calls and emails, still no check. (I love the 'sincere' message that they will respond as soon as possible) The Adjuster from Nationwide Insurance, the other drivers insurance company, called me to let me know it was all settled and I would get my deductible back... Haven't heard back from Geico since February.June 20, 2017by Joseph Bachich
