  By far the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Offices are clean, staff reasonably friendly, however incompetent. My girlfriend and I have both been patients since January. They have managed to give her two vaccinations incorrectly (gave the wrong shot and then argued about whether they did wrong all to later accept the mistake,) we have never waited for less than 30 minutes beyond our scheduled appointment time (typically closer to 45 minutes to an hour) to see the doctor, and finally they have sent her bill to collections that was paid in full. The bill was paid, in full, admittedly after it was due given that we were awaiting clarification of insurance issues and made them aware of this fact. Following our full payment of any outstanding balance, I called to ensure that the payment was processed, and was told yes. Came in for an appointment the next week and was told that there was an outstanding balance, clarified again that the payment was made and that it was a mistake. Received a subsequent notice stating that they will no longer take her as a patient, called and clarified again to ignore this, and now have received a notice from a collections agency that they have still not updated our records to show the payment was made. The doctor was ok. He was reasonably thorough and responsive to questions though rushed, however has written multiple incorrect scripts given his consistent need to rush. Unbelieveably disappointed with this practice and will never give anything other than a negative review about it. STAY AWAY! Update for January 2012 - received another erroneous bill for the same outstanding balance from my account after having received no service other than script refills since the last issue. My girlfriend called for script refills as well, and was told no problem upon original call, calls back 3 days later to check the status of the refills and is told she has been dismissed from the practice. It is now a week later and we are just now receiving clarification and service on this. During this time period I received the new erroneous bill as someone was looking to cover their a** by issuing a bill making it look as though a patient was dismissed with good reason. Absolute nightmare of an office, terribly unprofessional, no attention to detail whatsoever. Utterly shameful.
