- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office is a JOKE! Went to see Dr. Dobson 1stof August. It is the 30th of August and I have not gotten my referrals to a specialist. I tried to switch doctors and have my medical records sent to the new doctor. A week later I called the office and was told that it is the referral depatments responsibility to forward medical records. Tried to get ahold of referal dept for a week and after finally reaching the Supervisor, I am told that it is the physicians offices responsibility to forward medical records. Now, a month later I still have no resolve to my health issue and can not get this office to cooperate! I am calling the DBPR qand filing a complaint. HOURS of waiting on the phone, excuse after excuse, one hand not knowing what the other is doing.. enough is enough!May 17, 2017by A Google User
