- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪PATIENT AND THROUGH.The Dr's listen to their patients concerns. The staff is capable and helpful.Office is clean and plesant.Seldom have to wait; If you make an appt.They do take walk- ins however ; the wait time may be longer except in emergencies. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the worst doctors office to go to. The Dr. is ok, but they speed through your visit and do not listen when you tell them what is going on with you. The office is horrible. The staff is rude and never works. They are always sitting and talking and never answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. They takes medicare and medicaid, which is great but just because they are a provider for low income people should not mean that you get the worst service ever. I like Dr. Raynita but her office staff all need to be changed out in the Fort Myers office. I am a CMA so I have worked in really busy clinics.
